Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the website creation services offered by 54229889 Beatriz de Oliveira Seraphim Lopes , CNPJ 54.229.889.0001/02 , based in São Paulo, SP – Brazil ("we", "us" or "our"). By purchasing a package or using our services, you ("Client") agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We design and develop websites and landing pages according to the package purchased (Mini, Basic, Starter, Standard, Professional, Business or All-in-One). The scope of each package is the one described on our sales page at the time of purchase. Any work outside that scope may be quoted separately.

2. Orders and payment

Packages are sold for a one-time fee in US dollars (USD). Work starts after payment is confirmed and the Client has sent the project brief. Prices may change at any time, but changes never affect orders already paid.

3. Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, texts, images, logos and other materials needed for the project.
• Ensure that you hold the rights to all materials you send us.
• Reply to requests for information and review drafts within a reasonable time.

Delays caused by missing materials or feedback may extend the delivery time.

4. Delivery and revisions

After receiving the brief and materials, we deliver a first version for review. The Client may request revisions within the agreed scope before final approval. Once the Client approves the website, it is considered delivered. New requests after approval are covered by the support period of the package, when applicable, or may be quoted separately.

5. Third-party costs

Domain registration, hosting, paid plugins, payment gateway fees, email marketing tools and other third-party services are not included in the package price, unless expressly stated. These are paid directly by the Client to the respective providers, and their use is subject to those providers' own terms.

6. Support

Packages that include support (Professional: 1 month; Business: 3 months of priority support; All-in-One: 6 months of priority support) cover adjustments and fixes related to the delivered website, counted from the delivery date. Support does not include new pages, new features or redesigns.

7. Intellectual property

After full payment, the Client owns the final website delivered, including its layout and content provided by the Client. We may display the project in our portfolio, unless the Client asks us in writing not to.

8. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

We work to deliver high-quality, high-converting websites, but we do not guarantee specific results such as sales, revenue, search engine rankings or traffic, which depend on factors outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the package.

10. Privacy

Personal data shared with us is handled according to our Privacy Notice.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute will be settled in the courts of São Paulo, SP, without prejudice to any consumer rights granted by law.
